You buy credits once and spend them on renders. You own what you make. You are responsible for having the right to any face or voice you upload — which is the term we enforce most strictly.
These terms are between you and Muze Group. Using Muzecast means you accept them. If you are using it for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
You must be 18 or older.
We sign you in with a link sent to your email, so there is no password to lose. Anyone with access to your inbox can reach your account — keep it secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.
If something does not work and we cannot fix it, write to us and we will deal with it fairly. Credits already spent on completed renders are not refundable — the providers have been paid. Nothing here limits refund rights your local law gives you.
You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything you generate.
You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content for one purpose: running the service for you. That includes sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. The licence ends when you delete the content.
We do not train AI models on your content, and we do not use your face, voice or videos to promote Muzecast without asking you first.
Muzecast makes video of people. You are responsible for having the right to every face and voice you put into it.
You indemnify us against claims arising from content you had no right to use. This is the term we enforce most strictly, and breaking it ends your account without a refund.
See our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: nothing illegal, nothing deceptive about a real person, nothing that abuses the service or anyone using it.
Outputs are yours to use, including commercially. Two limits worth knowing: generated output is not guaranteed unique, and the underlying AI providers have their own terms that also apply to what their models produce.
If you connect your own HeyGen or ElevenLabs keys, that work runs in your accounts, billed by those providers, under their terms. We do not charge credits for it and we are not responsible for their availability or billing.
We work to keep Muzecast running but do not promise it is always available. It depends on third-party AI providers; when one of them is down or changes, parts of the service may not work. We may change or discontinue features.
You can stop using Muzecast and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — for a serious breach, such as using someone's likeness without permission, without refund.
Muzecast is provided “as is”. AI output is unpredictable: it may be wrong, odd, or not what you pictured. We do not warrant that results will meet your expectations.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses.
If something goes wrong, write to us at privacy@muzecast.ai first — most things are settled that way. We will publish the governing law and venue for formal disputes here before relying on them.
We will update the date at the top and email you about material changes. Continuing to use Muzecast after that means you accept the new terms.
