Rendering a video means sending parts of it to the providers that do the work. Every one of them is named here, with what it receives.

All 11 operate in the United States. If you are in the EU or UK, your information reaches them under the transfer mechanisms set out in their own policies, linked above.
When you upload a voice sample, it is sent to ElevenLabs, Cartesia and Fish Audio, and a voice model is created at each so you can hear all three and keep the one that sounds most like you. The sample is the same recording in every case.
Deleting the voice, or your account, deletes the model at every provider that holds one — not only the one you chose.
Connect your own HeyGen or ElevenLabs keys and that work moves to your accounts. Those providers then process your data under their contract with you, not ours.
Voice cloning is the exception. So that you can compare engines and choose one, an uploaded sample is cloned at Cartesia and Fish Audio under our accounts even when you have your own ElevenLabs key. Deleting the voice removes those models too.
