Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use Muzecast to:

• Create a likeness of a real person without their written permission.
• Make a real person appear to say or do something they did not — political statements, endorsements, confessions, anything presented as real.
• Impersonate anyone in order to deceive, defraud or harass.
• Use a public figure's likeness for endorsement or satire passed off as real.

Avatar Flip deserves its own line. Replacing the person in a video you did not make requires the right to that video and the permission of anyone recognisable in it. Both, not either.

• No sexual or suggestive content involving any real person's likeness.
• No depiction of minors, ever. Not real, not generated, not implied. This is reported to the authorities and is permanent.

• No harassment, threats, or content degrading a person or group.
• No incitement to violence or self-harm.
• No false claims presented as fact — medical, financial, legal — and no fabricated news or electoral misinformation.
• No scams, phishing, or fake testimonials and reviews.

• Do not upload material you have no right to use.
• Do not strip watermarks or attribution from content you flip.

• No automated scraping, no circumventing credit limits, no sharing an account.
• No reselling Muzecast as your own, and no reverse engineering it.
• Nothing that interferes with the service or anyone else's use of it.

Depending on what it is, we may remove content, suspend or close the account without refund, and where the law requires it, report to the authorities. Content involving minors is always reported.

If something made with Muzecast uses your likeness without permission, write to privacy@muzecast.ai. Include a link or description and how to reach you. We take likeness complaints seriously and will act quickly.
